The AI Governance Career Transition Program is an educational and professional-development program. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes. The program does not provide legal advice, regulatory guidance, employment services, or professional certification.
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The founding enrollment requires a one-time payment at the published price. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Founding members receive lifetime access to the purchased core curriculum and the AI Governance Career Lab community, for as long as those services remain operational and available. Curriculum updates and newly released program improvements are included for 12 months from the original purchase date.
Participation in the community requires professional conduct. Harassment, spam, promotion of competing products, and sharing of program content with non-members are prohibited.
All program content, templates, frameworks, and materials are the intellectual property of Synergeia Labs LLC. Your enrollment grants a personal-use and professional-use license.
You may use program templates and materials for your own professional development and in your professional role. You may adapt templates for use in your organization.
No resale or redistribution of program materials. No sharing account access with others. No use of materials to create competing products or training programs. No recording or reproduction of program content without authorization.
Enrollment does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, or any other career outcome. Career results depend on many factors outside the scope of any educational program.
The program does not confer a professional certification, credential, or designation recognized by any external certifying body.
Program content does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific legal or regulatory questions.
The program is delivered through third-party platforms (including Skool). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue program content, features, or availability. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms, including abuse of the community, unauthorized redistribution, or fraudulent behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergeia Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
